Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $10 per order, and one order can have several items. Orders over $99.00 ship free.
When will my order be sent?
Within 21 days of your order, but usually as soon as possible, often the next day. Some items are made to order; if a longer wait is expected, we tell you before your payment is processed.
When do I pay?
Full payment is required before we ship.
Which currency are your prices in?
All prices are in Australian dollars (AU$). International orders are in US dollars (US$).
Do your products need CITES permits?
None of our products require CITES permits.
Can I return an item?
We don’t offer refunds for a wrong choice or colour. We accept returns once we have authorised them, and only to exchange the item. The buyer pays the shipping for the return and for sending the new item.
Can I return a Clearance Bin item?
No. Clearance Bin items are sold as is and can’t be returned.
